Funding and Support

The BCICS is grateful for the financial support it receives from its core and research funding organizations.

BCICS receives core financial support from the University of Victoria, Credit Union Central of British Colubia, The Co-operators, and Federated Co-operatives Limited. These organizations provide the necessary operating budget that allows our institute its continued success.

BCICS has successfully applied for, and received, project grant funding from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council, co-operative organizations (the Canadian Co-operative Association, the International Co-operative Alliance, Mountain Equipment Co-operative, etc.), and other organizations (notably the International Labour Organisation).
