Co-ops are organizations dedicated to principles of co-operation and democracy. They match personal values and business practices, and they combine this outlook with the daily practice of running a business. Co-ops are large and small companies in every imaginable sector of the economy -- this means you can probably find a job in the co-op or credit union movements in whatever field interests you.
